I am a Business Owner, a Speaker, a Co-Author and a champion for women in business while also being a voice for Seniors.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia my roots and values run deep and strong. I was raised with an open door and was taught that there was always room for one more at the table. Community, Family and Friendships are important to me and I strive to be better in each of these areas.

I now reside in Gananoque Ontario  on a beautiful piece of property in the country and I am blessed to have my aging parents live right beside me. A multi generational home has been a perfect solution for us and watching my grandson run between my home and my parents home has filled my heart more than I could have imagined.
