Mission: To connect eldercare planners across Canada. Network and share resources as well as provide connections for families.
As the population continues to age, there is an increasing need for services to support seniors and their families. Navigating all of these services is often described as stressful, time consuming and overwhelming.
As a network of Eldercare Planners, our objective is to listen, educate and direct families to services and housing that will fit their needs and preferences. Our network of advisors are well versed in the eldercare industry and strive to assist families from the beginning to the end of their journeys.
Members of Eldercare Planning
First and foremost, our members are experts in senior living navigation and placement. That being said, many of our members also assist families with downsizing, estate planning, eldercare planning, transitions, home safety, and much more.
Our members are all across Canada and believe that educating families is a necessary step for a well-planned eldercare journey.
